GF Black Pepper Essential Oil Marinade Recipe:
In a gallon size baggie: mix together all ingredients. Add meat and massage marinade into meat. Marinate 20-60 min (longer time = stronger flavor)
- 1 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3/4 cup soy sauce or gluten free Amino Acids
- 1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup vinegar (apple cider, red wine or balsamic)
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons mustard
- 1 1/2 teaspoon pink salt
- 1 drop Black Pepper Essential Oil
- optional: 1 1/2 teaspoons finely minced fresh parsley or cilantro
- Meat (4-6 breasts or chops, 1-2 steaks)
