It’s Fall, the season of letting go. Cilantro Oil is the Oil of Releasing Control and assists this process as it liberates the soul from heaviness to lightness of being. Cilantro eases OCD, Depression, and overthinking.
Just like trees release their leaves for continued vitality, we must release things that no longer serves our soul’s growth. Although the tree may look dead without it’s umbrage, it is very much alive and well as it roots into its source and practices healthy boundaries. Deciduous trees practice healthy boundaries by deliberately cutting off their leaves to conserve energy in a process called Abscission. They deciduously separate themselves from things that have gone from being useful to being toxic. On the surface, this appears as death. Death, in all its forms, scares the ego since it focuses on maintaining control. The ego fears that the letting-go-process is an end, rather than a means to an end. It myopically views the appearance of death as death itself, not comprehending life below the surface. The ego is fixated at the 3D level. It anchors the divine self into a physical vessel with time and space constraints, imposing physical limits on the cosmic consciousness. If given too much reign, it overprotects, ruling through fear, intimidation, and resistance to the life-death-life cycle so necessary for soul evolution. However, the soul knows otherwise. It understands that in the letting-go-process, death is key to survival and joy. Think about when a person is so engaged in the present moment that time and space lose substance and disappear. When 3 hours feels more like 3 minutes and surroundings dissolve into the background. That person is in “the flow”, expressing unlimited potential, connected to his/her true self. Time and space lose context as the person’s ego chills out. There’s no fear, no judgment. There’s only surrender to creative expression and to the process of letting go. |
